Ethan is a graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management and began his professional career in Manchester. He quickly moved into the world of sales recruitment, where he spent over seven years building teams for some of the leading names in software and payments, including Kandji, SumUp, and myPOS.
Having successfully established his own recruitment agency, Ethan made the decision to move permanently into the payments industry. He joined NPI as a master partner and now leads Boon Payments, tackling the UK market and helping businesses find the right payment solutions for their needs.
